Norwalk, CT. — (November 13, 2008) — ERC Dataplus, Inc., a leading provider of recruiting software solutions, has expanded its executive team in order to provide a broader level of support for resellers and customers. The new team members come to ERC Dataplus with a variety of experience and expertise to address a broad range challenges.

Pat Sabasteanski has joined as VP of Training. Pat brings both college and business teaching experience along with many years of sales and sales channel experience. Her experience includes working at such companies as Apple Computer, ADP, Kronos, Gevity, and most recently Impact Group. In this new role, Pat will be responsible for the Reseller Channel Training and Post-training Mission.

Mike Walters has joined as VP of Marketing / Reseller Sales Support. Mike joins ERC after almost ten years in a number of senior marketing positions with Nokia; was general Manager of InetOne, an ISP; and most recently a marketing consultant to start-up technology companies. Mike will be responsible for the Reseller Channel Marketing and Post-training Sales Support Mission.

Debbie Flynn joins ERC as Director of IT Services. Debbie has more than 15 years experience in Information Technology with a focus on software development applied to business solutions. She has worked in a variety of industries including financial, pharmaceutical and benefits consulting. She started as a programmer and has worked as a quality assurance manager and project coordinator. Debbie has a B.S. degree in Management Information Systems from Clarkson University and will be responsible for all IT project coordination.
