on-demand contractsNOW
January 30, 2008 @ Contract Management News from Adam
Open Windows has this week officially launched contractsNOW (http://www.contracts-now.com), their on-demand contract management tool, although Open Windows has long been able to deliver their enterprise contract management solutions as ASP. See press release at http://www.openwindows.com.au/pressRelease.php?press_ID=24.
One of the greatest things about contractsNOW is its fresh clean lines, and innovative new look and feel, that makes interacting with the system a real pleasure. The interface is intuitive and there is a help file that fills any gaps that there may be in your understanding.
ContractsNOW has been built specifically for on-demand. Unlike other contract management systems being delivered in an on-demand type model, contractsNOW provides essential contract management, for those looking for a contracts and document repository, email notifications, and reporting, without all the extra functionality that they really don’t need, and who want to start today, without the long implementation periods and set-up fees. Interestingly, contractsNOW has no set-up fees, and you can pay monthly if you like, meaning there is no up-front commitment. Seems too good to be true. If you have any doubts at all you can even avaluate the system for free for 14 days, without entering any payment information.
Open Windows has already built an impressive user base, and the product appeals to SMEs as well as contract managers in larger organisations who need a tool to help automate their agreements and get them out of the bottom drawer. Let’s face it, we all need to do that!
